Established in 1851 in London by John Emary, the brand known for the trench coat , dressed in 160 years of history, varied celebrities, from Humphrey Bogart to Queen Mother .
The licensing agreement provides for the production and distribution of shirts, knitwear and polo-shirts branded by Acquascutum, one of the most renowned brands world wide, from the Fall Winter 2019/20 collection.
AFI CEO, Claudio Onofri , in a public statement confirmed to be “proud” of this agreement, defining it “able to combine our expertise, well-established especially into the shirt area, with the excellent and historic quality of Aquascutum".
Shirts will be distributed in department stores and boutiques in Italy, the USA, Canada, Russia, France and Germany.
