Operation called “Club Alea” (the Operation)

The Operation takes place throughout the national and European territory, exclusively in the countries covered by the shipping service provided through the e-commerce channel of the site
www.aleafashion.com (the Site).
VALIDITY PERIOD
The use of the accrued prizes may be made at any time during the Term and within one year of the Participant's first registration.
After 365 days from the last activity or purchase made by the Participant on the site
www.aleafashion.com , the points accrued by the Participant will be reset to zero.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the duration of the Operation, giving timely notice to the Participants.
RECIPIENTS
The Operation is aimed at all end consumers, purchasers of Alea products through the e-commerce channel within the website
www.aleafashion.com , provided they are 18 years of age or older (the Participants).
To take part in the Operation, Participants will need to register on the Site beforehand.
Further clarifications and any limitations are provided for each of the Special Initiatives described below.

ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATION
The advertising messages which, in whatever form they are created, will communicate the contents of the Operation to the Participants will be formulated in compliance with the provisions of this regulation.

PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To take part in the Prize Operation and accumulate the necessary points to claim the prizes, all Participants will be required to first register on the Site: following the instructions indicated, it will be necessary to fill in the form with the data requested as mandatory in order to create a personal profile. Accesses subsequent to the first and, in any case, all accesses by Participants who were already registered on the Site prior to the start of the Operation, may take place through the log-in procedure, indicating their username and password.
Upon registration, it will be necessary to read the information for the purposes of processing personal data, and consent may or may not be given for commercial, marketing and profiling purposes (it is not necessary to give such consent for the sole purpose of participating in the Operation).
Registrations must take place at any time during the Term: failure to register on the Site will not allow the Participant to obtain the points necessary to request prizes.
Each Participant may create a single profile using the same personal data: the points accumulated on a personal profile may not be added together or transferred to a different profile.
Participants will obtain personal scores based on the following actions:

Registration to the Alea Club: following registration to the Alea Club through the dedicated form within the e-commerce www.aleafashion.com by entering all the requested data, the Participant will be credited with 200 points on his/her personal profile.

Purchase of products: following each purchase, the Participant will be credited with 1 point for every euro spent on the e-commerce site www.aleafashion.com .

Invite a friend: inside their reserved area the Participant will find a referral link that they can share directly via email or message or through their social profiles to other users. Exclusively following the registration of a new customer, through the aforementioned link, the Participant will be credited with 50 points on the Participant's personal profile.

Birthday: by entering your date of birth at the time of registration or in the reserved area, the Participant will be credited with 50 points on their personal profile on their birthday.

Extra Points: The Promoter, during the Duration, reserves the right to introduce additional opportunities for accumulating points which are not currently envisaged: such additional opportunities will allow the individual Participant to obtain additional points and will be made known promptly through the Site.
Finally, the Promoter reserves the right to grant Participants more favourable conditions with regard to the parameters for accruing points with reference to:
- particular periods within the overall Duration of the Operation;
- particular Products or services provided continuously or temporarily by the Promoter or any partner entities.
Even in such cases, Participants will be promptly notified via the Site.
The points that Participants will gradually accumulate during the Duration will be credited to the personal profile of the Participant himself who will be able to check the balance reached at any time. In particular, through the Site, by accessing his personal profile, the Participant will be able to both check the balance reached at any time, and take advantage of the benefits provided on condition of having reached the minimum necessary score threshold. The points are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

The points accrued from time to time will allow you to reach certain thresholds that will allow Participants to benefit from the benefits provided for and specified above, for the entire Duration.
All the advantages can be viewed through the personal page of the Site, following the instructions provided.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, invalidate or inhibit the use of points accrued as a result of proven incorrect, illicit or fraudulent conduct on the part of the Participant: the Promoter reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks at any time to verify correct participation and the validity of the points accumulated.
In case of checks, the use of points may be inhibited until the pending position is defined.
If an irregularity is found on the part of the Participant, the points will be cancelled and the related personal profile may be closed.
All points not used within one year from the last activity or purchase made by the Participant on the site
www.aleafashion.com will lose validity and cannot be used further, unless otherwise communicated by the Promoter: therefore, after 365 days from the last operation or purchase made on the site, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel all points accrued by the Participants and which have not been used.
The Promoter will communicate to Participants the methods for possibly extending the validity of the points in the event of renewal of the Operation.
LEVELS
The expected levels are as follows:
- BRONZE - from 0 to 499 points = 5% discount code combinable with other promotions or active discounts on products.
- SILVER - from 500 to 899 points = 10% discount code combinable with other promotions or active discounts on products.
- GOLD – over 900 points = 15% discount code combinable with other promotions or active discounts on products + free shipping to Italy for the order placed.
Discount codes must be used within 365 days from the last activity or purchase made on the site
www.aleafashion.com , after this date they will lose validity and can no longer be used, unless otherwise communicated by the Promoter. Failure to use discount codes will not allow the Participant to obtain any compensation of an economic nature.
The Promoter reserves the right, during the Duration, to increase the available prizes and/or to vary the score required to request the prizes in a manner that is favourable to the Participants: such eventualities will be made known through the Site.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Promoter reserves the right to make changes or additions to this regulation which, however, cannot infringe rights acquired by Participants and which will be communicated to them using the methods used for the dissemination of the original conditions of participation.
Any changes to this regulation (for example: changes to the methods of accumulating points) will be made known in the manner provided.
During the Operation, either continuously or for limited periods of time, collateral promotional campaigns linked to participation in the Operation itself may be planned.
